Not good for health affairs. The last time I had the opportunity, it felt on my skin and disappears. lol

This is my first blood test, and I'm terriffied disappear. lol.

What will it take lying down?

  1. When you lie down, which will certainly help. Talk to the nurse during the procedure, and I hope you have an interesting conversation about sth is sleeping well and also helps the staff to ensure they manage to cross the blood sample is safe.
The autonomic nervous system is very strong, has a strong will. Even doctors Studenik low during the first (stimulated) exercises, which is not something that can fight against everything. The best help is to continue to do these things, are less likely to be weak if they only repeat what I said, especially uncomfortable. They have had a stroke some time ago, so it is can help you now, your nervous system will adapt and accept progressive on all needles:) Good luck!

  3. The best I've seen work is to be seen whether the technology has reached the blood do not mind talking on a cell. Let them know that you have this problem. They have no problem with him. It's more of a task to do evil.

  4. Keep the only thing I can think my opinion of what happens, that is have a conversation. Consider some of the topics to discuss with the nurse, such as family or others. When I try to only other thing I remember thinking, what happens to. You need an interaction to have to keep the mind occupied.
    Never seen the procedure.
    Good luck!

  7. I have the same problem as you. Terrified of medical supplies. What I found is that to make it look away from the needle and a fist with your other hand and the other hand helps to press, the same force he can to ease the pain

  8. The lie is a good idea. Also, turning his head between his knees. The point is to get the blood in the head.
